Shipping Policy
We offer domestic shipping to US states and territories nation wide. We do not regularly ship outside of North America at this time but we invite you to make a special request info@valhallaspaorganics.com.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If there is a foreseen delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Tracking
An email will be sent to you with order confirmation and again when the product is actually processed and shipped with the tracking number for you to be able to know what is going on at all times with your purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you received your order damaged or if it is missing please contact us right away. We will be happy to send you out a replacement. We will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim so please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and email a photo to us if possible.
